Each code becomes a real Stripe promotion code, applied automatically at checkout.
Two independent banners: Monthly shows while a visitor views monthly prices, Yearly while they view annual.
Manually set a team's plan — use this to grandfather existing teams before switching billing on (so they don't lock), or to comp a partner. This is an internal override, not tied to Stripe.
When on, every plan button on the pricing page is greyed out with its link removed, and the checkout / free-trial endpoints refuse new sign-ups. Existing subscriptions are untouched and keep billing normally. Turn it off to reopen sales.
