Order summary
No VAT is charged (small-business scheme, § 19 UStG). We collect your payment method now; €0 is charged today and billing of €4.99/mo begins only after your 14-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then from Team Manager or the Stripe billing portal and you pay nothing. Your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service begins (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB), which you acknowledge at checkout. XMOD is currently a beta product: it is still being built, so features can be added, changed or removed, and you are subscribing to it in the state it is in today. If we ever stop the service we give at least six months notice and refund the months you paid for but did not get. Your statutory rights are not affected. See Terms (section 1a), Privacy and Withdrawal.
