The console
The console is where your team actually works. It reads your server the way Discord does - live - so you rarely need Discord open beside it.
The member list
- Members are grouped and sorted the way Discord sorts them: by role, then by name.
- Online, idle, do-not-disturb and offline show on each avatar.
- Someone streaming carries a Live badge with what they are streaming.
- Right-click anyone for the moderation actions they qualify for.
Voice channels
Voice channels list who is sitting in them as people join and leave, with muted, deafened and Live markers. Right-click someone in voice for the usual actions plus Disconnect, which removes them from the channel without kicking them from the server. Voice channels also open their built-in text chat, so you can read and post there like any other channel.
Stream previews are not possible: Discord does not send video to bots at all, so there is nothing for the tool to show.
Chat
- Typing indicators appear as people type.
- Channel, role and user mentions render as names, in messages and in replies.
- Jumping to a replied-to message highlights it so you can see where you landed.
- Channels you have read stay read - the marker is stored on your account, not in the browser.
Almost always the gateway intents. See Add the bot.
What is new
When we ship something worth knowing about, the console greets you with a short release note the first time you open it. Dismiss closes it for now; Don't show this again retires that note for your account until the next one is published.
