Plans & billing
Every plan includes the full moderation console - live chat, one-click punishments, AutoMod and Zap. Plans differ by how many servers and staff seats you get, how long logs are kept, and a couple of Pro features. No VAT is charged - small-business scheme, § 19 UStG.
The plans
- Starter - €6.99/mo. 1 server, 3 staff seats, 7-day log retention. 14-day free trial.
- Pro - €13.99/mo. 2 servers, 10 seats, 20-day retention, evidence uploads and the command maker.
- Team - €20/mo. 5 servers, 30 seats, 40-day retention, everything in Pro.
- Lifetime - €160.77 once. Pro features, forever (1 server, 10 seats).
- Team Lifetime - €322 once, limited run. Team, forever (5 servers, 50 seats).
- Custom - Team plus extra servers at €4 each and extra staff seats at €1 each.

Free trial
Starter comes with a 14-day free trial. Add your card to start; €0 is charged today and billing begins only after day 14. Cancel any time before then from Team Manager → Plan & Billing or the Stripe portal and you pay nothing.
Who manages billing
Billing belongs to the Super Team Manager who owns the team, so the whole team moves together on one plan. Change your plan, add or remove servers and seats (Stripe prorates the difference), or open the secure Stripe portal under Team Manager → Plan & Billing.
We never see or store your card details. Your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service begins (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB), which you acknowledge at checkout. See Withdrawal.
