Teams & roles
Access is organised into teams. A team owns its servers and its subscription, and everyone on it has a role that decides what they can do.
- Super Team Manager - owns the team and its billing.
- Team Manager - sets up the bot and manages the people on the team.
- Team Member - moderates with the tools.
Team Managers add people from Team Manager, either by Discord user ID or with a shareable invite link. Anyone who joins through a link lands on your team as a Team Member.
Being on a team is not the same as being able to see its servers. Access is granted through subteams, so somebody you have just added sees nothing until you put them in one.
Staff seats
Each staff member on a team takes one seat. Your plan sets how many you get - Starter 3, Pro 10, Team 30 - and when it is full, adding another member is blocked until you free a seat or buy more. On Team you can add extra seats at €1 each. See Plans & billing.
